I have 1 VM that I did the same way and it is activated, however 2 VM's are not activating. Now that I'm typing this out, it probably stands to reason that I should use Server 2012 R2 install disc, unfortunately I don't have that. 1 VM is activating and the other 2 aren't? Are they all on the same hypervisor?
